Allison (Alli)  is likely your first point of contact with our team.  She coordinates all aspects of our projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Her attention to detail and communication skills make her an invaluable asset to our team.  

Jeremy brings an extensive background in the construction industry, with years of experience managing projects, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality results. As TJR Improvements’ new Project Manager and Sales Manager, he is committed to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring every project is completed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Drew is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of their project with clear communication, attention to detail, and dependable service. As Project Manager and Sales Manager, he works closely with homeowners to ensure each project is completed smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Nick is our finisher and you will see him on every job site.  His ability to understand client needs and translate them into beautiful spaces sets our projects apart.  His attention to detail is incredible.  Thank you Nick for your service. 

Leah brings the contests and the creativity to the community.  She leads all customer engagments is our go to for all things marketing.  Leah has the get it done attitude that we love and appreciate.  

Ashley is a pefect mix of everything the team needs. She is hands on labor for the most part, but also full of ideas.  She brings so much energy and passion to every project.  She is also likely to make you laugh a lot. 

With years of experience in tail wags and site inspections, Winnie keeps the team motivated and the job sites full of positive energy.
